Send money to Lithuania from Kuwait
Who uses this route
Lithuania has built a genuine aircraft maintenance and aviation services industry, and it exports the people who staff it. Some of them end up in the Gulf, including at Kuwait's airport and with the contractors around it. Add freight and logistics specialists, a handful of engineers on industrial projects, and the occasional business owner in Kuwait paying a Lithuanian supplier, and you have most of the traffic on this corridor.
It is a small route, which is exactly why it should be described plainly. What Grey offers is a single conversion into euro, payout to a Lithuanian IBAN over SEPA, the rate and fee shown before confirmation, and no second conversion when the money lands.

What the transfer costs
Working in dinar makes that harder to judge, because it is the highest valued currency unit in the world and compresses every spread into a small looking figure. What reads as a negligible difference in Kuwait is an ordinary sized one once it is euro in Vilnius. Grey prices the fee and the rate as two separate things and puts the euro total on the screen before you agree.

How the conversion works

There is one conversion and it happens before the payment leaves: from your dollar, pound or euro balance into euro. Lithuania's currency is the euro, so Swedbank Lithuania, SEB Lithuania and Luminor Bank credit the account in the currency it already holds.
The rate shown at confirmation is the rate applied and it is fixed from that moment. Where you already hold euro, Grey converts nothing and the payment is a plain euro transfer from Kuwait to Lithuania.

Why this works well enough to use
On a quiet corridor the argument is not volume, it is that the pricing is legible. You see the rate, you see the fee, and the euro figure is settled before anything leaves Kuwait.
