Do I need a new account to use Lifestyle?

No. Lifestyle is built into your existing Grey account. There's no new account, sign-in or app to set up.

What can I buy on Lifestyle?

Depending on your market and account, you may be able to purchase eSIMs, airtime, data and gift cards, or pay supported bills.

Can I use Lifestyle when I'm travelling?

Yes. Depending on availability, you can use Lifestyle to get an eSIM for your destination and stay connected when you arrive.

What are Grey Rewards?

Grey Rewards lets eligible Grey card users earn points on qualifying card payments. You can view your points in Lifestyle and redeem them for available rewards.

How do I earn points?

Eligible Grey card payments earn points automatically once the payment settles. The applicable earning rules and minimum payment requirements apply.

What can I redeem my points for?

Depending on what's available, you can redeem points for gift cards, eSIM data, and travel.

Can I use points and cash together?

For eligible travel bookings, you can use points and cash together. Other redemption types may have different payment options.

Do existing Grey card payments count?

Eligible existing card spend can count towards your points balance, subject to the applicable eligibility rules.

Do I need a Grey card to use Lifestyle?

No. For Esim, Gift cards, Airtime & data, you can pay using your Grey balances. However, to earn Grey points, you will need a Grey card.
