Happy International Women’s Day🎉

At Grey, we believe in supporting women and building an inclusive global banking infrastructure for individuals and businesses across emerging markets. This is why, in honor of Women’s Day this year, we’re excited to announce the launch of our latest initiative: UpGreyed Her🥳

What’s UpGreyed Her?

According to the AfDB, African women face a range of challenges in accessing finance, which has led to a $42 billion finance gap for women entrepreneurs on the continent. UpGreyed Her is an initiative that empowers and supports outstanding African women entrepreneurs. UpGreyed Her is committed to ensuring long-term success for women entrepreneurs, especially in these challenging economic times. This is why we’ll empower three outstanding women entrepreneurs with business grants to give them the necessary capital to expand and scale their businesses.

We’ll be awarding a total of $8,000 to the three most deserving applications. The first-place winner will receive $4,000, while two runners-up will receive $2,000 each. We’re committed to fairness, so a panel of distinguished female judges and experts in business, technology, and management will carefully select the winners.
