Qui emprunte la route de l'Algérie vers l'Inde

Deux profils dominent ce corridor. Le premier est le personnel technique indien détaché sur les installations pétrolières et gazières algériennes et sur les grands chantiers de bâtiment, qui renvoie un salaire vers le Kerala, le Tamil Nadu ou le Telangana.
