Cash Plus provides one of the most reliable PayPal withdrawal services in the country. It charges a service fee typically around 2-3%. PayPal typically charges a 3% fee on top of the base exchange rate for currency conversion. Here is how to do it step by step:

  1. Download the Cash Plus mobile app and create an account (you'll need your Moroccan ID or passport for verification).
  2. Look for the PayPal withdrawal or "Link PayPal" option
  3. Connect your PayPal account. You'll authorise it on your PayPal.
  4. Choose the amount you want to withdraw from your PayPal balance.
  5. Confirm the transaction, and the funds will be deposited in your Cash Plus wallet in MAD instantly.
  6. From there, transfer it to your local bank, withdraw cash at a Cash Plus agent, or spend it directly.

2. Withdrawing directly from PayPal to your Moroccan bank

  3. Link your Moroccan bank account if you haven't already. You'll need the IBAN/SWIFT details.

For eligible users, instant transfers can be completed within minutes, unlike standard transactions, which can take 1-5 business days. While some transfers may be free, others may incur fees, including currency conversion fees. The name on your PayPal account must match the name on your Moroccan bank account for the transaction to be successful.

3. Withdrawing from PayPal with a Visa card

This is similar to withdrawing into your MAD bank. It entails linking an eligible convertible or international Visa card issued by Attijariwafa Bank (L'Bankalik), BMCE (Bank of Africa), or CIH Bank to your PayPal account. PayPal charges a flat fee of $5.00 per withdrawal.
