HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT

You can submit a complaint by:
• Filling out a form in our in-app chat

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

• Once received, a Complaints Manager will review your complaint promptly.
• We aim to provide a Summary Resolution Communication within 3 business days where possible.
• Non-payment service complaints will generally be resolved within 8 weeks.
For more complex issues, a Final Response will be provided within 15 business days (or 35 in exceptional circumstances).

YOUR RIGHTS

• If you are an eligible complainant and remain dissatisfied after our Final Response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
• The FOS provides an independent resolution and its decisions are binding on us.

OUR COMMITMENT

• We handle all complaints fairly, transparently, and in line with UK regulatory requirements.
• We maintain records of all complaints and take steps to improve our services based on the feedback received.

How do I send money abroad from the UK?

How do I fund my account?

You can add GBP (£) via bank transfer using your Grey Sort Code and Account Number.

How long does an international transfer take?

Delivery varies by destination. Transfers to Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya typically arrive within minutes. Transfers to India are typically same-day, while SEPA transfers to Europe arrive within 1-2 working days. Estimated delivery is always shown before you send.

Is Grey regulated in the UK?
